Christian hypocrites

Hobby Lobby is taking a stand on Obamacare for its contraception mandate because, according to its president, “We’re Christians, and we run our business on Christian principles.”

S0 how does he rationalize carrying products from China, where forced abortions are just part of that country’s horrendous human rights record?

So, Christians are prohibited from doing business with China? How about Dubai, or Yemen? Are they off-limits, too? How about South Africa, a surreal landscape post-apartheid? Is anyone else prohibited, or is it just Christians? And would you apply it to services, too, or just goods? What about the positives of producing wealth for the Chinese working men and women? Does that help counter-balance Hobby Lobby’s blatant, dreadful, clearly hate-based hypocrisy?
Paying for contraception but not wanting to be compelled by the government to participate directly in life-termination makes Hobby Lobby bad? Do you actually believe that this even should be a proper function of a government, any government?

  2. If you’re going to take a moral stand take a moral stand, I guess the rules get thrown out the window when money is involved.

You are stretching a bit to find a basis to criticize Hobby Lobby, and the legal case represents one (very) small triumph for freedom over egalitarianism.
