Consumerist drones occupying America’s streets

Sunny Narshi, 22, could barely contain his excitement as he waited in line to buy the new iPhone 4S early Friday morning. He has owned every one of them.

“And loved every single one,” he added. “I’m a proud iPhone user and finally I get the iPhone 4S with this great, great Siri, which I hope is going to do everything that it’s entailed to do. It’s one of those things where you tell what the machine what to do and it listens. It’s like having a personal secretary.” …

About 100 people were in line waiting before the AT&T store near Lenox Mall opened its doors at 8 a.m. Friday to get their new iPhone 4s.

  1. Electronic gadgets make a lot of people happy. It is cheaper than a heroin habit. Apple just happens to have the most intensely loyal customers in history. As long as Sunny Narshi is spending his own money and not mine, I don’t begrudge him. Every expert in the world thinks consumer spending is going to the the salvation of the American economy. I completely disagree, but what do I know?
