Report: Teachers held cheating parties
“APS is run like the mob,” one teacher told investigators, saying she cheated because she feared retaliation if she didn’t.
It is happening in every urban school district in the country, and if you try to question directives from administrators, as a teacher you face reprisal. I have been called “one of those” and told “not to rock the boat” when I’ve questioned unethical and downright illegal practices in my district.
Rachel and that is why my child will always go to a private school. I wonder where the NEA stands on this issue?
Sadly, I fear the entire point of the exercise (from its setting through now) is meant to manufacture standing and legitimacy for the above two comments, and the faction which sits behind them.
