    I wouldn’t mind seeing the government/corporate overlords just don’t offer everyone over 18 years of age between $2,500-$5,000 for irreversible sterilization procedure. Anyone over 18 should be eligible (male, female, gay, straight, post-menopause) – it would be hugely popular, serve as a stimulus/tax return benefit and end a lot of useless bloodlines.
