The two central questions for Rupert Murdoch:
1.) Did he know about the phone hacking scandal?
2.) Did he effectively buy politicians, thus corrupting the democratic process?
My guess:
1.) Probably not. Such micro-managing seems a bit beneath his pay grade.
2.) Certainly. Tycoons collect politicians like professional athletes collect STD’s. The onus is on the politicians who allow themselves to be bought.
