Last weekend the fat manatee hosted a “documentary” on Fox News that claimed Obama once trained to overthrow the U.S. government. The man behind that allegation, Andy Martin, “is a law school graduate, but his admission to the Illinois bar was blocked in the 1970s after a psychiatric finding of ‘moderately severe character defect manifested by well-documented ideation with a paranoid flavor and a grandiose character,’” according to the New York Times.

Though he is not a lawyer, Mr. Martin went on to become a prodigious filer of lawsuits, and he made unsuccessful attempts to win public office for both parties in three states, as well as for president at least twice, in 1988 and 2000.

Martin says, “Sean Hannity is the only person in the media in America who is consistently exposing the truth about Obama.”

Actor Alan Cumming wonders why Americans are content with mediocrity. It’s a legitimate question, though why is Alan Cumming content with even less? His resume includes:

markie post gets desperate

Frogtown correspondent Markie Post returns with a dispatch about the election. Seems there aren’t many Obama supporters in Frogtown.

OK, I’ve officially become Meathead to my community’s Archie Bunker in my hillbilly “All in the Family.” There is an email rumor inevitably taking hold that Obama — in addition to everything else — is the 666 ANTICHRIST!!!!! predicted in the book of Revelation. I was also told this morning that John McCain was being a “gentleman” at his rallies while Obama was “being ugly.” Never mind the “Curious George” doll that is rearing its simian head again, but of course.

AAARRRRRRRGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHH!!!!! STUPID, STUPID COUNTRY!!!!!

I’m trying to find some way to participate in all this inane dialogue in a constructive, healthful way, but there is no “White County/Cleveland for Obama” group. There is only the county’s Democratic Party, which has all of six official members.

It’s hog-killing season in north GA, and those pigs are a-wearin’ lipstick.
